A great class when you’re feeling tight in the back body - side bends or lateral spinal extension open the ribs for greater lunch capacity they also create more internal space for your organs. Move through seated postures, core strengthening and into standing side bends like extended side angle pose and extended triangle, finish with seated side bends and a relaxing savasana. A tonic for body and mind.
