This is a MFR and meditation session to flush out tension and irritability. Working with the liver channel and common points of jaw, upper back and temples, you’ll work towards a brief seat to reset your day or evening. Recommended for type A’s in particular! You will need two MFR balls and a sock, or a conjoined tool.
