Join Vicki for a brief explainer on what to expect from this toolkit. This is the first class in a 20 part series. Our mental health is precious and our practice can help support us in this area. Maybe you’re stressed and feel like it’s just another thing to do, or you’re struggling to get energy built at all. This series is designed as stand alone classes that can be cherry picked and matches together as needed. Our three key focuses are reducing the negative, upping the positive and also balancing our ability to be in the present moment. I hope you enjoy the selection of classes.
