In this class, we practice a short breath centric visualisation seat to bring to mind the upliftment of things we love, and our respective communities. Connection is a powerful tool to boost our feeling of well-being, and positivity. No props needed other than something to sit on. This is one class in my 20 class Mental Health Toolkit series that you can practice in any order.
