This is a myoflow class focusing on twisting and the upper back / neck. We will break down fallen angel and use some key trigger points that may unlock space in your body to allow for deeper movement. We will also look at active and passive range of motion on twists, something that can make or break this arm balance! Expect a fun flow with some delicious releases. You will need two balls (same size) for this class.
