This is class 4 of a 6 class series where over this time you will break down the structure of a regular class. In this class you will open your side and front body through a series of strengthening backbends and kneeling postures including child's pose, camel, gate pose, low lunge and hero's pose. Suitable for those new to yoga, this instructional class will break down safe alignment and options.
