This short yin style practice is designed to calm and soothe you when you find yourself overwhelmed, or during stressful times. We will practice with shorter supported holds and focus on steady breathing to encourage a balancing of the nervous system. You can use this practice alone, or add another if you have more time. Grab whatever you have to support yourself, bolster (or pillow) blankets (or towels) and blocks (or books) and eye pillow would be a luxurious extra. This is one class in my 20 class Mental Health Toolkit series that you can practice in any order.
