This is a myoflow class designed to rejuvenate your lower legs. First we flow, a fun sequence including a crossed ankle variation of bakasana. Then we’ll work on some trigger points in the feet, calves and outer knees and flow again to see what’s been affected! Perfect for anyone who works in their feet, walks, runs, or cycles!
