This MFR practice is designed for times when you’re feeling overwhelmed. We will use a combination of accupressure points and MFR triggers points in the traps, jaw and back to soothe anxiety and tension that had been built up and held onto. Perfect to calm a frazzled mind and body. You’ll need two balls (same size) a block or book and a sock to join the balls for two practices. This is one class in my 20 class Mental Health Toolkit series that you can practice in any order.
