In times of stress sometimes we need to move a little before we can settle. This class focuses on some breath based feel good movements to help get you grounded before we take a restorative pose and supported savasana to close out. Pair this with other classes in the series or do alone to burn through nervous energy and settle into softness. This is one class in my 20 class Mental Health Toolkit series that you can practice in any order.
