In this myoflow session we’ll focus on mobilising the hips. Looking at active and passive range of motion work, alongside Myofascial release points, you can expect to feel lighter and more spacious across the hip joint. Perfect for athletes, desk sitters, runners and humans who need a little focus point. You’ll need two tennis or mfr balls (same size)

Props required: Blocks, Strap, 2 x tennis balls
