As part of the mental health toolkit this is a short single post restorative class. Use it when you’re in need of a mini refresh and recharge, to break up your day, or end it. Using deep breathing and stillness we will reset, refresh and rejuvenate.
Props required: Blocks, Strap, Blanket, Bolster
