This myoflow class blends a heart opening flow with key trigger points that can allow us to deepen our capability of back bending poses. Flow through lunges, side planks, core work and wild thing with some fun transitions, and focus on thighs and shoulders with the release balls. End with a sweet neck release. You will need two tennis or therapy balls of the same size for this class.
