This practice is designed for times when you’re brain is fogged, or you want to move but energy is low. We start slow and steady, and build to a more steady standing pose sequence. Finish with an anchoring tree pose and supported savasana. You’ll leave feeling nourished and having moved but without a huge energy expenditure which can be precious during times of stress.
