In most human bodies the shoulders and upper back are tight. Especially when it’s cold or we’re not moving as much as we’re used to. We focus on freeing up the Shoulder girdle to stabilise us while inverting. We will incorporate some fascia release on props. Balls and blocks recommended.

Props required: Blocks
