This is class 3 of a 6 class series where over this time you will break down the structure of a regular class. In this class you will challenge your balance as you work through these standing postures: tree pose, standing pigeon, dancer's pose and cross body balances. Suitable for those new to yoga, this instructional class will break down safe alignment and options.
