This is the first class in our Journey of the Warrior series. This 3-part trilogy uncovers the skills of patience, passion and an acute sense of observation. The intent we are working on in this class is unravelling the mysteries of the neck, shoulders and hips. We use Uddiyana bandha and Kapalabhati breathwork to clear stagnant energy then move through a series of yoga postures to move the joints through different ways of rotation.
