This practice, designed for gentle morning invigoration, can be enjoyed at any time. By feeling into who and where we are in the moment, we respond to our own invitation to tune in and find individual rhythm in a collective set of breath led movement. Within the structure of the 30 minute practice a seeking of foundation and from there, unfolding. This practice is slow and spacious and includes the possibility for pranayama.
