How do we remain connected with heart when there is turbulence or disturbance occurring around us or for us? This is a slow flow practice designed to offer exploration and connection to foundation and subsequent expansion through the structures of the heart: a remembrance of the potent energy within each of us and a reminder to move through the world with an open heart.
