A condensed version of May the Rainbow always Touch your Shoulder. We begin by honouring the traditional owners of land. We stretch our tendrils of perception deep inside through alternate nostril breathing then we move into our yoga ceremony that physically moves through seated side bends, half lotus spinal twists, backbends and into a didgeridoo-led flow.
