We begin by honouring the traditional owners of land. We stretch our tendrils of perception deep inside through alternate nostril breathing then we move into our yoga ceremony that physically moves through seated side bends, half lotus spinal twists, and backbends. We then move into a didgeridoo-led flow, inversions, deeper hip openers and finish being serenaded in savanna by Jose on the keyboard.
