This is class 3 of a 5 class series where we will break down some of the common repertoire and sequences that you will find in a Barre class. In this class you will build strength, stamina and sculpt your glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and feet. We will flow through choreography combinations that aim to help you reach that challenge zone where the results happen.
