This is class 2 of a 5 class series where we will break down a variety of the more common repertoire and sequences that you will find in a Barre class. In this class you will will build strength, stamina and sculpt your upper body through a series of simple ballet inspired arm movements with light hand weights. Don't be fooled by the name, this class is still a full body workout.
