Forrest Yoga is an extraordinary intelligent way for 21st Century beings to practice yoga. We give you support structures that enable you to move into each pose, from a place of safety and with intelligence, using a very conscious breath. You'll practice with a relaxed neck, be introduced to FY abs (a game changer!), and move through a rounded sequence to open hips, rinse with a twist and turn on your leg and arm muscles.
