Continuing the Beginner's Journey, intent is to use a comfortable breath and breathe comfort into your hips. Sequence includes Unlocking the Hips, Forrest Yoga abs, bridge + variations, suns and a standing sequence to build leg strength and open the hips. We'll end with a juicy reclined hip sequence at the wall.
