Continuing your Forrest Yoga journey in a safe and supported way, intent is to calmly guide your breath towards and throughout your upper back. This is a well rounded practice that includes uddiyana, FY abs, suns, and twists, with particular focus on opening the chest, shoulders and upper back in baby backbends, peaking in Camel at the Wall. Note: Check out the mini tutorial on Uddiyana before you practice if you can.
