A HIIT class designed to challenge and improve both cardiovascular endurance and strength. This interval style class offers options in regards to intensity and impact to help get your cardio sweat on. We have 10 exercises at 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest and then we repeat the series again.
Props required: Dumbells, Chair or Step
