A HIIT class designed to challenge and improve both cardiovascular endurance and strength. This interval style class offers high intensity variations to get your sweat on, along with low impact options for those that need a workout that's easy on the joints. We have 10 exercises at 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest and then we repeat the series again.
