This express circuit is part of a pilates interval class series with each class having a particular focus. In this class we work on firing up that booty. Zoning in on the areas such as hips, glutes and and hamstrings. We have 10 exercises at 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest and repeat the series for round 2.
