This express circuit is part of a pilates interval class series with each class having a particular focus. In this class we work on strengthening and sculpting all areas of the body including glutes, core, legs and upper body for a full body workout. Loop bands are added for an additional challenge. We have 10 exercises at 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest and repeat the series twice.
