This express circuit is part of a pilates interval class series with each class having a particular focus. In this class we work on strengthening and sculpting the legs. Zoning in on the areas such as the glutes, inner and outer thighs as well as the quadriceps and hamstrings. We have 10 exercises at 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest and repeat the series twice.

Props required: Theraband, Pilates Ball, Sliders
