This express circuit is part of a pilates interval class series with each class having a particular focus. In this class we work on the 'Powerhouse' which relates to the core, deep abdominals, hips, glute's and lower back. The focal point of this class is primarily the core. We have 10 exercises at 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest and repeat from the start.
