This express circuit is part of a pilates interval class series with each class having a particular focus. In this class we work on strengthening and sculpting the arms and upper body. Zoning in on areas such triceps, biceps, shoulder, chest and upper back. We have 10 exercises at 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest and repeat the series for round 2.
