In this series we take the chance to simplify, drop deep and breathe through whatever comes up. ‘Steeping’ in a shape for 5 mins and releasing and ‘soaking’ in the rebound magic for 2 mins. This session is a variation of lunge, inversion and twist finishing as always with a long pentacle rest.

Props required: Blocks, Blanket, Bolster, Towel
