In this series we take the chance to simplify, drop deep and breath into whatever comes up. Weekly in each part we only take x3 poses, ‘steep’ in that shape for 5 minutes, to release and ‘soak’ for 2 minutes in all the rebound magic and receive. All parts finish with a final 5 minute ‘deep soak’ in pentacle pose. If you love those longer holds this is for you! Part two is hip opening and a variation twist.
