In this series we take the chance to simplify, drop deep and breathe through whatever comes up. Each pose we ‘steep’ in for 5 mins and then ‘soak’ in rest for 2 mins in all the rebound magic and receive. This session is upper body based around shoulders, arms and mid/upper spine and neck.

Props required: Blocks, Bolster, Towel
