This express circuit is part of a pilates interval class series with each class having a particular focus. In this class we work on strengthening your back and posterior chain. Areas targeted include upper and mid back, glutes, hamstrings and the back of shoulders and arms. We work through 10 different exercises at 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest and repeat the series twice

Props required: Therabands, Dumbbells, Booty or Loop Band
