This express circuit is part of a pilates interval class series with each class having a particular focus. In this class we work on getting your heart rate up, your sweat on for a cardio workout. All areas of the body are targeted including glutes, core, legs and upper body for a full body sweat sess. Progressions and modifications are offered for most exercise. We have 10 exercises at 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest and repeat the series twice
