In this series we take the chance to simplify, drop deep and breath into whatever comes up. Weekly,in each part, we only take x3 poses - ‘steep’ in that shape for 5 minutes - to release and ‘soak’ for 2 minutes in all the rebound magic and receive. All parts finish with a final 5 minute ‘deep soak’ in pentacle pose. If you love those longer holds this is for you! Part one is a forward bend, back bend and a twist.
